Shipping policy

At Theatre Rocks, every product is made to order — designed with care, printed just for you, and shipped directly from our production partner. We use a print-on-demand model to reduce waste and avoid overproduction, which means your order is fresh, unique, and responsibly made.

Processing Time
All items are printed to order. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for production before dispatch.

UK Shipping
Standard delivery takes approximately 2 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping is tracked, and tracking details will be sent to you by email.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within the UK. International shipping is not available at this time.

Made-to-Order Notes
As all of our items are printed on demand, orders may arrive in separate packages if multiple items are ordered together.
Please note that express or same-day shipping options are not available due to our fulfilment model.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at helen@theatrerocks.co.uk with your order number and we will assist in locating it.
